An application called Cosmos Browser makes the
impossible possible: you will be able to surf the internet
WITHOUT a web connection on your Android. Here’s
how it works.
->It’s not science fiction either: Cosmos offers a web
surfing service that works without internet. How does it
work? If you want to access a page on the web, you
simply input the URL in Cosmos Browser as you normally
would, and this will be sent to Cosmos via SMS. You will
then be sent a series of SMSes containing the compressed
page content back, where it will be displayed in the
browser (minus CSS and Javascript). It won’t look
pretty,
but you'll still get the most important information.
however this will be the first time that this service is
made available for all, a great way to make the use of
the internet a universal good, even if you are stuck in the
